"we can talk on the way."
I'm so excited to see these at last! Here is my Jeremy the Crow cosplay that I created for Anime Detour 2015.
Sticking to my past tradition of big costumes of somewhat obscure characters, I chose Jeremy. I not only love this character but choosing Jeremy gave me the perfect opportunity to try out the wing tutorial that has been on my mind for years.
Getting to be Jeremy was so much fun (construction was a little more of a challenge, but the process of making it by hand has always inspired me). And to my surprise, the wings survived the con and are ready to be worn again, perhaps for other costume someday in the furture
These photos were taken by Sam Weigel (my wonderful and talented boyfriend) www.facebook.com/fjordpuncher?… if you live in or around the Twin Cities area and are in need of professional photography, he's the one to call.
The wings were inspired by a tutorial from If you'd like to make a pair of your own, check out her gallery. It's a complicated process but the results are amazing.
Thanks
